Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Ticketing Agent at Paradise Tour and Travels located in New Delhi. As a Reservations Ticketing Agent, your main responsibilities will include handling reservations, providing customer service, and processing ticket sales. You will also assist customers with travel and tourism inquiries and provide information on available packages and services.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Experience in reservations and ticketing

Knowledge of travel and tourism industry

Sales skills

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in relevant reservation and ticketing systems

Experience with international travel is a plus

Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
