Job Title: Legal Dev Product Manage

Job Description:

Legal Dev is a dynamic service provider offering CA & CS services, including Company Registration, GST Registration, ITR Filing, and more across multiple branches. We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Product Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of legal and financial services, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with clients effectively. As a key member of our team, the Product Manager will work closely with branch team leaders to report progress, develop new strategies, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Knowledge Management: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Legal Dev services, including legal and financial regulations, company registration procedures, GST requirements, and tax filing processes.

2. Client Coordination: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide guidance on services offered, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

3.Team Leadership: Collaborate with branch team leaders to coordinate activities, delegate tasks, and ensure efficient operations across all branches.

4. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement innovative strategies to expand Legal Dev's client base, improve service offerings, and increase revenue generation.

5. Performance Reporting: Monitor branch performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

6. Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for branch staff to enhance their knowledge of Legal Dev services and improve client interaction skills.

7. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making and maintain Legal Dev's competitive edge.

Requirements:

1. MBA qualification preferred, with specialization in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Proven experience in the legal or financial services industry, with a minimum of [X years] in a managerial or leadership role.

3. Strong understanding of company registration processes, GST regulations, tax filing requirements, and other relevant legal and financial procedures
