Sale for Intercos India Legal & Commercial Entity.

Achieving Annual & Quarterly targets, Revenues & Gross Margin.

Managing Forecast & Revenues Planning.

Building Annual Budgets & 3 Year Plans.

Responsible for business development, building relationship with existing customers & recruiting new customers.

Supports the development of commercial proposals / projects in collaboration with all the company departments involved (R&D, Marketing, Sourcing, Packaging Technical Innovation, Industrial Operations).

Prepare MIS, Data Analysis for management & Achieve Revenue Targets.

Ensures the correct management of human resources for the area of ââcompetence, in compliance with company policies and guidelines defined by company management.

Staff recruitment, retention, training, development, performance & motivation.

Other tasks assigned by department head.
