Senior Manager, Information Systems Applications

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Manager of Information Systems (IS) Applications to lead our organization's application development and management efforts. As the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of our company's software applications, ensuring they align with our business objectives and meet the needs of our users. You may also manage a team of application developers and collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

Proven experience (5 years of management experience) in application development, with a focus on managing complex projects and leading teams.

Strong technical background and expertise in software development methodologies, programming languages, and application frameworks.

Experience with MACH architecture, distributed systems leveraging cloud, .NET, JAVA, React, Next.js preferred.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

Strong project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and manage budgets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Strong understanding of IT governance, compliance, and security standards.

Proven ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment and manage change effectively.
