Timekeeper
We have an exciting Indefinite Temporary role for our client, who is a large multi-national chemical producer.

This is a critical role supporting the Timekeeping of our Kelly employees to ensure they’re paid on time and the customer is billed properly. You will interact with time approvers and Kelly employees to report time accurately to Kelly payroll.

Compensation
$18.25 - $18.50/hour
Hours= 6:30am-3:00pm
Responsibilities
Completes daily reconciliation in Track system between time punches and reported hours for 120 employees
Ensures allocation of time to appropriate cost centers
Submits override requests to the Track system administrator with proper documentation for allowable exceptions according to Track guidelines
Responsible for resolving override rejections in timekeeping system by reaching out to client managers and employees
Assists with resolution of issues related to timekeeping system
Submits timekeeping system files to Payroll Department on a weekly basis
Ensures proper electronic filing of payroll files and communications with employees and client managers
Assists team with issues/concerns and special requests related to payroll including overpaid/underpaid time, rejections and closed worker records
Assists with customer/internal contractual audits
Qualifications
School Diploma
communication skills, both written and verbal, interpersonal and decision making
time management and organization skills
to work in a fast-paced environment
to detail, ability to multi-task and prioritize
to work in a team environment
years of experience related operational, timekeeping and/or administrative experience. (Timekeeping experience highly preferred)
in Word, Excel (creating tables), Outlook and PowerPoint (not too much)
