Job Title: Systems Administrator (W2 Contract to Hire)

Location: Bradenton, FL (ONSITE)

Salary: Up to $70,000 per year (based on experience)

Duration: 6-month contract to hire

Job Description: As a Systems Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure. The primary focus of this role will be on Active Directory management, so we are seeking someone with extensive experience in this area. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in troubleshooting, implementing, and managing Active Directory services. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall reliability, security, and performance of our systems.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain Active Directory services, including user accounts, group policies, and security permissions

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Active Directory and other IT systems

Implement and support system upgrades and enhancements

Monitor system performance and security to ensure optimal functionality

Collaborate with other IT team members to support various projects and initiatives

Provide technical support and assistance to end-users as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)

3+ years of experience in systems administration, with a focus on Active Directory management

Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory services

Experience with system monitoring and troubleshooting tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Additional Requirements:

Must be local to Bradenton, FL, and willing to work onsite 5 days a week

Must be eligible to work in the United States
