SAP Technical Lead

Position: ABAP - Technical Lead.

Location: Holland, Michigan, United States

Roles & Responsibilities:

Should be able to independently work as Sr developer and strong in SAP ABAP development.

Lead the SAP Development work done by offshore team.

Understand the requirement from customer side functional partners and prepare robust technical design and develop Performance robust solutions.

Good experience on coordination between onshore and offshore

Excellent communication skills.

Discussing the requirements with functional, Architect and drafting the solutions and developing with quality standards. Should be good in the areas of Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Object oriented programming, ODATA (V2 or V4) And CDS Views.

Strong work experience of working on the SAP Developments related to MM, SD, PP, FICO, LE and APO will be preferable. It’s good to have working experience in SAP Development experience in DMS/SRM/APO/MDM/HR but it’s not Mandatory.

Experience Details:

10-13 years of strong expertise in the ABAP Development

Work experience includes gathering the requirement from Functional independently and design and develop with high quality standards. Preferably using ABAP 7.4/7.5 features wherever necessary.

Should have strong analytical and programming skills along with excellent communication skills.

Prefer to have Strong experience in RICEF (Reports, conversion, enhancements, and Adobe Forms).

Expertise in Object oriented programming, RFC, IDOC, Module pool, Enhancements, BAPI, and Reports, ODATA (V2 or V4), CDS and AMDP.

Expertise in ABAP 7.5 syntax and good experience in performance tuning using new ABAP.

Expertise in working with the ABAP developments related to MM, SD, PP, FICO, LE, WM and APO will be preferable but any two or three is also fine.

Preferable to have development work experience with HANA database.

Experience in ODATA (V2 or V4) and NetWeaver gateway services is mandatory.

Exposure to APO, SRM, Portal, FI, HR MDM and DMS are good to have but not mandatory.

Exposure to RAP programming model is good to have but not mandatory.

Experience in S/4 Hana programming and experience in Custom code migration to S/4 Hana is good to have but not mandatory.
