Job Description:

We need more of an OS level 3 admin for which the skill sets required are :

Need MS and Bachelors of engineering in Computer Science.

1.Technical Proficiency:

- Strong understanding of file systems, particularly with knowledge of both on-premise and cloud-based storage solutions.

- Familiarity with AWS services, specifically Amazon Elastic File System (EFS), including its features, limitations, and best practices.

-Understanding File shares design for cross Operating systems (Linux and Windows) sharing

2. **Scripting and Automation**:

- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell to automate file transfer processes and perform bulk operations efficiently.

- Experience with automation tools like AWS CLI, AWS SDKs, or third-party tools for managing file transfers and synchronization. Preferable to have extensive Linux shell scripting.

3. **Data Analysis and Mapping**:

- Ability to analyze interface files to understand their structure, formats, and dependencies.

- Proficient in data mapping techniques to ensure compatibility and integrity during migration between different storage systems.

4. **Security and Compliance**:

- Knowledge of security principles and best practices for file transfer and storage, including encryption, access control, and compliance requirements.

- Understanding of AWS security features such as IAM roles, security groups, and encryption mechanisms to ensure data security during migration.

5. **Troubleshooting and Debugging**:

- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues during the migration process, such as file conflicts, permissions errors, or network connectivity problems.

- Experience with debugging tools and techniques for diagnosing issues related to file transfers and system configurations.

6. **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and stakeholders, to coordinate the migration process and address any challenges.

- Ability to document procedures, configurations, and migration plans clearly for reference and knowledge sharing.
