General Manager – Food Manufacturing – Preferred Dairy Experience

Salary $200,000 - $250,000 + Benefits + Bonus + Paid Relocation Package to CA

Our stable client is seeking to hire a leader who will be accountable for running the business. As the General Manager, you’ll need exceptional cross-functional leadership skills to work with each department. You will have full P&L responsibilities and be responsible for pricing strategies, Lean / Continuous Improvement implementations, and responsibility for overall strategy and culture of the business! There are multiple lines in this plant with multiple packaging contracts.

This nationwide company has delivered quality and commitment to the food industry and is well known nationwide. This plant is seeking a dedicated General Manager who can champion and execute a plan and progress forward towards improving culture and employment engagement.

Minimum requirements for this General Manager’s position:

At least 10 years of food or beverage manufacturing experience; Dairy preferred

Experience with lean / Continuous Improvements and driving plant efficiencies

Bachelors’ degree is preferred.
