Wine Specialist - Fine Dining

Are you an experienced Wine Specialist looking for a new opportunity?

THE JOB:

Full control of the wine list.

Day to day upselling and advising on the wine choice.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Min. 1 year of experience as a Sommelier

Strong attention to detail

Experience in AA rosette location desirable.

WSET level 2 is a must

THE PACKAGE:

38-40K per annum (experience depending) + TRONC

40h per week on a 4 days per week rota

Christmas off
