Office Administrative Assistant Posted by CHARTER FREIGHT SERVICES Job details Location: 1555 MATHESON BLVD E., Mississauga, ON L4W 1H9 Salary: 28.50 hourly / 40 hours per Week Terms of employment: Permanent employment Full time Day, Evening, Morning, Overtime, Weekend Start date: Starts as soon as possible vacancies: 1 vacancy Overview Languages English Education College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience Experience 1 year to less than 2 years Responsibilities Tasks Determine and establish office procedures and routines Schedule and confirm appointments Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages Answer electronic enquiries Compile data, statistics and other information Order office supplies and maintain inventory Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents Experience and specialization Computer and technology knowledge MS Excel MS Word Database software Accounting software MS Office Simply Accounting Area of specialization Correspondence Reports and records Contracts Financial statements Invoices Additional information Personal suitability Ability to multitask Excellent oral communication Excellent written communication Flexibility Organized Team player Client focus Reliability Who can apply to this job?
