Human Resource Generalist/Manager

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Human Resource Generalist/Manager to work in the Butler, IN area. This is a direct hire position that offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions

Oversee recruitment and hiring processes

Conduct new employee orientations and onboarding, including exit interviews

Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws

FMLA administration for office and production employees on-site

Maintain accurate employee records and files

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture

Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred

5+ years of experience in Human Resources

Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven track record of building a strong workplace culture

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational and time management skills
