Mortgage Loan Officer, Top 5 US Homebuilder

Our client, a Fortune 500 Top 5 US Homebuilder, is continuing to grow.

As a Mortgage Loan Officer, your customer service acumen and financial background will allow you to help families purchase high-quality homes in your community. You’ll act as a liaison between the borrower, sales team, and underwriting department to ensure a helpful and friendly home buying experience.

Primary Responsibilities

Stay informed about every available loan program including both in-house and broker options.

Create complete loan applications will any and all supporting documents prior to sharing with loan processing team.

Build and manage healthy relationships with both internal and external partners, including but not limited to processors, closers, homebuilder sales partners, brokers and borrowers. Answer questions and provide guidance regarding status of various loans in pipeline.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Active NMLS license required.

2-10 years of mortgage originations experience preferred.

Knowledge of single-family mortgages e.g. conventional, FHA/VA, etc.

Experience with Encompass preferred.

Excellent customer service skills.

Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
