Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition Program Manager with a desire to excel? If so, then Talent Software Services may have the job for you! Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Program Manager to work in Redmond, WA.

Position Summary: As a Talent Acquisition Program Manager you will be an integral part of our hiring team, responsible for coordinating and scheduling internal interviews for a large-scale hiring effort. This role requires excellent communication and organization skills, as well as a strong commitment to keeping projects on track.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Work directly with the business to drive recruiting and hiring programs.

Provide daily support for managing the delivery of project tasks, activities, milestones, and resources.

Develop, maintain, and manage project requirements, plans, timelines, issues, risks, and challenges.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and the recruiting team to oversee newly approved positions from job description and requisition creation to hiring and onboarding.

Engage with executive leadership as necessary to communicate project objectives, strategy, tactics, and ongoing progress.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of program management experience.

Strong cross-team/group/organization collaboration skills.

Ability to foresee and analyze project risks, develop risk management plans, and mitigate subsequent issues.

High-powered analytical skills with the ability to understand complex concepts and situations.

Excellent communication skills at all levels, including executive-level communication.

Experience working with external vendors.

Strong project management skills and leadership abilities.

Demonstrated experience managing large-scale programs.

Proficiency in Client Office.

Preferred:

Proven experience in HR, including recruitment and hiring processes.

Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as PeopleSoft, iCIMs, and Workday.

Experience with data analytics and reporting tools, including PowerBI.

Knowledge of agile and waterfall project management methodologies.

Strong familiarity with MS and Google Suite.
