Support Engineer - MS Dynamics

Are you an experienced Support Engineer - MS Dynamics with a desire to excel? If so, then Talent Software Services may have the job for you! Our client is seeking an experienced Support Engineer - MS Dynamics to work in Redmond, WA.

Position Summary: The client is seeking Technical Support engineers to join our client's Support organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Dynamics 365 or similar ERP/CRM platforms,s like Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, etc.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Response and Resolution

You own, investigate, and solve complex customer technical issues and act as an advisor to the customer, collaborating within and across teams and leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices

Readiness

You lead in building communities with peer delivery roles and share your knowledge through readiness programs, technical coaching and mentoring of others.

You deepen your technical and professional proficiency to enable you to resolve complex customer issues, through training and readiness.

Product/Process Improvement

You engage with Engineering/ Supportability teams to investigate potential product defects and help develop automation techniques and diagnostic tools driving product improvements

Qualifications:

5+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 3+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience.

Microsoft Dynamics ERP Experience or a developer-focused background would be beneficial but not essential.

Experience with other ERP/Platforms acceptable.

In-depth knowledge of other Microsoft stack technologies would be appropriate instead (such as SQL Server, IIS, ADFS, Exchange, Visual Studio).
