Human Resource Generalist- Bilingual Spanish

Bilingual Spanish Human Resource Manager is needed for our client with over 30 years of success. The ideal candidate has 5+ years Human Resource Management experience. This position reports to a fantastic manager!

Responsibilities

Job posting, interviewing and process offer letters

Background checking, chain of custody, and all pre-employment process

Onboard new employees, assist with benefits enrollment

Process injury claims with Worker's Compensation vendor

Assist in dealing with Employee & Labor Relations

Update personal files

Maintain attendance records

Other duties assigned my manager

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

3 years minimum experience as Human Resources Generalist or equivalent

Strong communicator with verifiable bilingual English/Spanish skills required
