MATERIALS HANDLING ASSOCIATE - SOLI ORGANIC

The Material Handler is responsible for handling, moving, and storing various materials within the facility. The Material Handler will be loading and unloading different transport items, making sure deliveries properly matches Bill of Ladings/ Packing Lists. This person will be responsible for all forklift and telehandler duties. He/ She works in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. He/She must be self-motivated and take the initiative on daily tasks.

Requirements

Must follow the appropriate SOP's and SSOP's

Verifying the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming and outgoing deliveries

Collaborating with internal departments to locate missing packages, fix incorrect deliveries and replace damaged products

Keeping all material handling equipment in the best condition by conducting regular maintenance

Move items within and outside the facility as needed with Forklift/ telehandler Preferred Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or GED certificate.

Experience: 1- year experience as a forklift operator, experience working in a warehouse environment

Language Fluency: No specific language requirements; bi-lingual English/Spanish fluency preferred.
