Purpose

The Demand Generation Lead will manage Seerist’s development of sophisticated lead generation, nurturing, and handoff processes leveraging HubSpot’s CRM and marketing automation system. The focus and activities of this role will result in a consistent flow of new leads to support the Seerist Sales and Customer Success teams in reaching our growth goals. The Demand Generation Lead will develop and manage a calendar of activities to increase personalized Marketing communications within desired buyer personas and qualified organizations. This role reports to the Director of Demand Generation and works closely with the Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing functions.

Role and responsibilities:

Project manage marketing programs – including gathering email content, overseeing design, implementation, and execution of programs on time.

Maintain a current schedule and calendar of programs to generate leads.

Analyze, comprehend, and interpret statistical marketing data.

Support delivery of marketing intelligence data from CRM for monthly reports on campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI, as well as ad hoc report requests.

Manage campaigns on a day-to-day basis, enabling an environment of optimum quality and continuous improvement by monitoring the quality of leads and ensuring that the converted leads are effective.

Analyzes pipelines with sales and marketing to identify the key lead generation vehicles for driving incremental revenue.

Qualifications:

Experience and utilization of email services through MAP and CRM Systems.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a marketing-related field.

Five years’ experience working for a corporate marketing department, or with an advertising/marketing agency.

Previous experience managing projects and supporting field/sales organizations.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook Exchange.

Exceptional communication skills, and strong writing skills.

Read, comprehend, analyze, and interpret statistical market data.

Experience writing targeted communications based on ideal customer profile and buyer personas.

Develop and maintain good working relationships.

Work in and contribute to a positive team environment.

Has B2B Marketing experience – SaaS experience is added value
