Assistant Regional Director

Northern OH Region

As a Assistant Regional Director, you will be responsible for the daily administration and supervision of the assigned regional program clinics assigned by Regional Director of Operations, including fostering compliance with clinical and regulatory standards, and successful development and business performance and exemplifying Pinnacles Core Values.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in nursing, Social Services, management, or business

Four (4) years SUD experience in an Executive Director role or higher

Multi-site management experience.

Multi-site accreditation prep experience (CARF preferred)

Experience creating and implementing policies and procedures.

Demonstrated experience in budget and P&L management.

Demonstrated experience in inpatient or outpatient program startup.

Demonstrated success in census building in an outpatient or inpatient treatment program.

Demonstrated experience in training and mentoring teammates by fostering a positive culture in an Executive Director level or higher.

Travel time expected for the position where the travel occurs, such as locally or in a specific countries or states, and whether travel is overnight.

Must possess a current valid driver’s license in good standing in state of employment and be insurable by the designated carrier. This role is required to drive for company purposes.

Localized and overnight travel of up to 30% may be required to conduct site visits, attend community events, meetings, and conferences.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring the development, implementation, and enforcement of all policies and procedures, including client and employee’s rights.

Ensuring agency compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as accreditation standards.

Participating in the Performance Improvement Program for patient care, physical plant, staff retention, and staff performance.

Ensuring that all personnel are assigned duties based upon their education, training, and job description.

Establishing and maintaining liaison relationships and linkage agreements with other agencies in the community and maintaining communication with community agencies’ staff.

A mechanism for recommending to the governing authority medical staff appointments, re-appointments, and the granting, denial, curtailment, suspension, or revocation of medical staff privileges.

Responsible for the Environment of Care and coordinating all necessary improvements, inspections, and meeting regulatory requirements associated with providing a safe environment for staff and patients.

Responsible for managing daily operations of a facility and assisting the Regional Director in overseeing additional facilities.

Attend team meetings and complete all training courses timely as required.

Other duties as assigned.
