This role requires a strategic thinker with a proactive approach to matchmaking and a deep understanding of the recruitment process. Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of client needs and requirements.

Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.

Screen candidates by reviewing CVs, Questionnaire responses and performing phone screenings.

Administer assessments and utilise various assessment methods to determine candidate suitability.

Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to interviews to the offer stage.

Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices. Requirements

Proven experience as a recruiter, with a track record of successful placements.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Proficient in the use of recruitment software and candidate databases.
