Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Automation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks and scripts for our web-based reporting application. You will work closely with our software developers, QA engineers, and product managers to ensure the quality and reliability of our product.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts for web-based reporting applications.

Collaborate with software developers to integrate automated tests into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.

Identify, prioritize, and execute test cases based on business requirements and user stories.

Analyze test results and work with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality of code.

Stay current with industry best practices and trends in software automation and testing.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Software Automation Engineer or similar role.

Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.

Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.

Proficiency in programming languages.

Experience with the PowerApps platform.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Experience working in an Agile development environment.
