Job Description

As a System Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our organization’s IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will span across various domains, including server management, network administration, and user support. Qualifications and Experience

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field.

Experience: 3-5+ years of professional IT System Administration experience.

Certifications (a plus):

MSP, MSCE, Server+, Network+, Security+, etc.

Healthcare IT Experience a plus

Key Responsibilities

Windows/IT Technologies:

Proficiency in core Windows technologies, including Active Directory, DNS, Cisco VPN, network file sharing, server OS deployment, configuration, high availability, virtualization, system hardening, and patch management.

3+ years of VMware experience, with an understanding of vSphere console, VMotion, and VM management.

Database Management:

Microsoft SQL Server Management.

Microsoft Exchange and O365 Management.

Skills and Attributes:

Excellent attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.

Consistent delivery of high-quality projects within deadlines.

Ability to work effectively in a team of multiple systems and network administrators.

Proficient in installing OS Servers through vSphere and other virtual technologies.

Intermediate knowledge of MS SQL Database and queries.

Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

Key Activities:

Configure systems, build and modify content.

Create user accounts, document workflows, workflow guides, and flowsheets.

Act as a superuser, ensuring smooth operations.
