Salesforce Technical Lead

Overview:

Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions, collaborating with a dynamic team. Architect reusable solutions and ensure quality across implementations.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and integrate software solutions on Salesforce.com.

Lead implementation of Salesforce solutions, including customizations and data migrations.

Assess technical feasibility and recommend optimal solution architecture.

Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews.

Collaborate with developers to build efficient systems.

Stay updated on the Force.com platform's best practices and new features.

Participate in design and sprint planning sessions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

5+ years experience as a Salesforce Developer.

Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.

Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I Certifications.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Proficiency in SOAP and REST APIs.

Plusses:

SAP and Salesforce integration experience.

Salesforce Application Architect certification.

Copado Certifications.
