$45 to $70/hour

Company: Come work for a settlement recovery firm on a remote basis. You will be responsible for organizing data from clients in excel, creating a useful report to analyze financial deficits, and potentially utilizing SQL and Python to help automate processes.

Location: Remote, Any US Time Zone

Responsibilities:

Extracting and manipulating data from diverse formats provided by 500 clients.

Organizing and summarizing data into a standardized format suitable for system input.

Possible collaboration on workload-specific tasks for colleagues.

Essential Skills:

Strong with excel, must be able to do the majority of the commands below:

CELL, LEFT, MID, and RIGHT functions

CONCATENATE

LEN and TRIM

SUMIF and COUNTIF

MATCH

IF combined with AND/OR

INDEX MATCH

IFERROR

FILTER

COUNT

FIND/SEARCH

REPLACE/SUBSTITUTION

PIVOT TABLES, SLICERS, POWER PIVOTS

MACROS/VBA

CONDITIONAL FORMATTING

Nice to Have:

Ability to articulate coherent descriptions of client data.

Additional Details:

Spreadsheets will present unique challenges, requiring creative problem-solving.

Opportunities to leverage SQL skills to enhance efficiency.

Data sets will consist of under 75,000 lines and approximately 150 fields.

Data pertains to sanitized Visa or Mastercard transaction data.

Logistics:

Position framed as a 5–6-month project-based contract for 40 hours per week.

Flexible hours, suitable for stay-at-home parents.

Online availability during core business hours for meetings and team calls.
