Job Title: Email Campaign & CRM Manager
Job Location: Midtown NY
· Expertise in translating non-technical campaign content needs into technical solutions within an ESP environment (vendor-side marketing experience a plus)
· Expert understanding of and experience using an ESP templating language such as Braze’s Liquid, Sailthru’s Zephyr, or Salesforce’s AMPscript will be viewed as a major advantage.
· Familiarity with various digital marketing tools and platforms (i.e., Movable Ink, LiveIntent, SheetDB), with the ability to integrate these into dynamic content projects.
· Strong ability in coordinating campaign measurement and tracking, with experience in tools like Kochava.
· Experience managing API-powered transactional email campaigns, including development, testing, and quality assurance.
· Proficiency in project management and documentation, especially with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence and standalone project tracking tools like Asana and Airtable.
· Strong understanding of how data flows between marketing platforms, tools, and databases and the ability to use this knowledge to manage measurement, content, and targeting projects in CRM.
· Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct thorough quality assurance checks on data and technical implementations.
