Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect - Private Cellular Networks to join our Engineering Team. In this role, you will collaborate with our sales, delivery, and PMO teams to design, integrate, and deliver private 4G/5G cellular solutions and Private Network & Edge solutions across various vertical markets. Your expertise will provide technical thought leadership, mentoring, and expert consultation on all aspects of private cellular networks and edge solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide technical thought leadership on private cellular 4G/5G standards, reference architectures, and vendor-specific solutions.

Collaborate with the sales organization to offer consultation, guidance, and estimates during pre-sales activities.

Develop tools for estimating project costs during early-stage customer engagements.

Participate in network requirements and design sessions to assist in developing proposals and quotes.

Facilitate communication between sales, customers, and vendors to ensure scalable and cost-effective solutions.

Work with delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered on-time, on-budget, and with high quality.

Collaborate with security experts to evaluate threats and ensure compliance with security standards.

Lead the design and implementation of private cellular networks, including core, RAN, and integration.

Create and maintain technical documentation and reports.

Develop processes for supporting private cellular networks and managing changes requested by customers.

Troubleshoot network issues and escalate to vendors for resolution.

Cultivate strong relationships with vendors to influence product features and resolve issues promptly.

Preferred Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 8 years of experience in IP network design and implementation.

Minimum 4 years of experience in private cellular network design and implementation.

Knowledgeable in RF planning and physical site surveys.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly collaborative with internal and external teams.

Organized with attention to detail.

Adaptable and flexible with a proactive mindset.

Industry certifications like CCNP, CCNA
