Job Title: Financial Accountant

Job Duties:

Prepare financial statements and reports for management

Manage financial transactions and reconcile accounts

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to improve financial performance

Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes

Support external audits and liaise with auditors

Monitor financial data and recommend solutions to improve efficiency

Required Qualifications:

Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA)

Proven experience in financial accounting roles

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial accounting

Knowledge and Skills:

Advanced financial reporting skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Accounting or Finance

Experience in a similar industry or sector

Additional certifications related to finance or accounting

Working Conditions:

Office-based role in Bolton

Standard working hours with occasional overtime required during peak periods

Collaboration with cross-functional teams

Possible travel for meetings or training
