FI Consulting is a newly certified Microsoft Independent Software Vender (ISV), and we are bringing several exciting new solutions to market based on Microsoft’s Business Applications/Power Platform low-code/no-code development environment. We need Microsoft technical professionals to help lead us to entrepreneurial success.

The Microsoft Power Platform/Dynamics Solution Architect will develop and deliver high-quality technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong business analytical and technical skills.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Architect and implement enterprise class solutions integrating Microsoft Power Platform and Azure technologies seamlessly within client environments.

Lead the development of FI products and custom solutions that deliver business value to our clients and are synergistic with other FI Consulting solutions and capabilities

Serve as the go-to technical lead for FI Consulting’s Microsoft-based business solutions

Develop, review, and test customized plugins, PCF controls, APIs, integrations, and reusable components that leverage the latest Microsoft platform enhancements.

Coach and mentor FI Consulting’s growing team of technical professionals to become well-versed in developing Power Platform solutions

Lead technical, integration and data migration workshops with customers, documents requirements and designs appropriate solutions.

Become an internal and external thought leader on Microsoft Dynamics 365, the Microsoft Power Platform components, Azure, and related technologies.

Articulate and demonstrate the possibilities of Microsoft Power Platform and Azure Cloud technologies to create new line-of-business applications

Secure and protect company and client data and information and prevent its improper disclosure.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required, preferably in Computer Science or closely related field (i.e. computer science, software engineering, IT, etc.)

Four (4) plus years of experience developing and implementing solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics CE and {Power Platform, including custom development, deployment, operation and maintenance support

Experience integrating external data and systems with Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions

5+ years of technical experience with Microsoft development technologies, including ASP.Net, C#, VB.Net, Microsoft SQL server, and Azure

Familiarity with Microsoft's Power Platform, including PowerApps, Flow, and the Common Data Service.

Up to date certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience (CE) or Power Platform (e.g., MBS-716, MB-200/400/600 or PL-200/400)

Desired Qualifications:

Master’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science or closely related field (i.e. computer science, software engineering, IT, etc.) OR additional years of direct experience beyond those already mentioned.

Experience with multiple end-to-end full life cycle implementations of Dynamics 365

Two or more years of experience with Agile development

Experience with Azure administration, Logic Apps, and cloud architecture

Experience developing visualizations and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau

Professional IT consulting experience

Additional Requirements:

Authorized to work in the United States as a permanent resident or US Citizen. We are not able to sponsor or accept any visa holders at this time including H1B.

Successfully pass a background investigation and drug screening.

Reside in the DC Metro area within 30 days of hire.

Provide proof of COVID-19 vaccine or exemption.
