Requirements

Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service role preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.

Persuasive and goal-oriented with a focus on closing sales.

Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
