Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

· Holistic Patient Care: Provide comprehensive assessments to understand each patient’s unique wellness needs and goals, integrating physical, mental, and emotional health aspects.

· Treatment Planning: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, nutritional advice, stress management techniques, and conventional medical care.

· Preventive Medicine: Emphasize preventive care and wellness, using tools such as health screenings, risk assessments, immunizations, and personalized counseling to prevent illness and promote health.

· Alternative Therapies: Incorporate alternative and complementary therapies such as acupuncture, massage therapy, meditation, or yoga into treatment plans as appropriate.

· Patient Education: Educate patients on healthy habits, wellness strategies, and self-care skills to empower them in their own health management.

· Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in holistic medicine and wellness to provide the best care possible.

· Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals within the wellness center, including nutritionists, therapists, and fitness coaches, to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.

Required Qualifications:

· Education: MBBS, MD or equivalent degree from an accredited medical school with additional training or certification in holistic or integrative health disciplines preferred.

· Licensing: Valid medical license to practice in the state.

· Experience: Experience in a wellness, integrative, or a related healthcare setting is preferred.

· Skills: Strong clinical skills combined with a passion for holistic health and wellness.

· Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with a diverse client base and multidisciplinary team.
