As a Senior Executive - Analytics the role entails managing the analytics for all user growth initiatives and aiding in monitoring and optimizing program, channel, and communication performance to support strategic and tactical decision-making. Essentially, we're seeking to leverage robust data-driven insights to enhance our marketing strategies!

ABOUT THE TEAM:

At Disney+ Hotstar, the team delivers high-quality content to millions of customers across various evolving devices. As a member of the BIRV team, your responsibilities will include Dashboard Development, Data & Analytics for BIRV initiatives, Freemium Initiatives, and supporting other business functions as required. The BIRV Team serves as the primary resource for reporting and data needs, offering assistance for ad hoc decision-making across stakeholders. Seeking motivated individuals with strong technical skills to contribute to our BI & Freemium Initiatives and make a significant impact!

REPORTING TO: Senior Manager - Analytics, Disney+ Hotstar

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Gather and interpret data, analyze findings, and disseminate insights through MIS reports, emailers, and visual dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and others

Develop a comprehensive understanding of the data platform, technology stack, and oversee Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes

Compile, assess, and condense weekly, monthly, and periodic operational outcomes into reports, specifications, dashboards, and flowcharts for diverse stakeholders

Engage with Product teams to monitor data and deploy tracking mechanisms like Mixpanel, Appsflyer, and Adobe Analytics

Collaborate with Product teams for effective data tracking and integration of analytical tools such as Mixpanel, Appsflyer, Adobe Analytics, and Amplitude

Foster collaboration with Product teams to track data and integrate tools like Mixpanel, Appsflyer, Adobe Analytics, and Amplitude

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS:

Possess advanced analytical and technical proficiency, skilled in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and accurately disseminating extensive information

Proficient in writing reports and creating dashboards to effectively communicate findings

Exhibit outstanding verbal, written, and visual communication skills

Demonstrate expertise in predictive analysis, with a strong command of R, SQL, and Python

Familiarity with digital analytics and clickstream data, with a preference for experience in tools such as Mixpanel, Adobe Analytics, Appsflyer, Localytics, and Appsalar

Preferably experienced in utilizing digital analytics tools like Mixpanel, Adobe Analytics, Appsflyer, Localytics, and Appsalar, showing familiarity with clickstream data analysis
