IT Service Delivery Manager

Job purpose:

The IT Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Infrastructure management, ensuring the provision of a resilient IT environment. The role leads IT professionals and is accountable for formulating a high performing, motivated, eager to learn team. He/She reports directly to NN Hellas CTO and collaborates extensively with internal, both international and local squads and external vendors.

Key responsibilities:

Manage and optimize the organization's IT infrastructure, primarily based on Azure Cloud services.

Lead a team of IT professionals and collaborate with external vendors to ensure the stability of the company's IT systems.

Monitor IT financials and procurement, identify cost-saving opportunities and develop strategies to implement efficiency.

Collaborate with IT Cyber Security team to ensure NN Group security standards implementation.

Monitor regular security assessments and audits, accountable for mitigating vulnerabilities.

Stay informed about the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and enhancements.

Lead continuous improvement regarding delivery of IT services fostering automation and standardization.

Cooperate with Regional IT Infrastructure and Service Delivery community to share best practices and solutions.

Closely collaborate with CTO area teams to undertake accountability and responsibility of IT infrastructure developed for various projects.

Accountable for Service Desk (outsourced) ensuring high quality IT service delivery within SLAs.

Who you are:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

3-5 years proven experience in IT infrastructure management roles.

5-10 years hands-on experience in IT infrastructure positions.

5 years hands-on experience in cloud, preferably Azure. Relevant Azure certifications are a plus.

Successful track record in security, cost monitoring and procurement topics.

Business acumen in insurance/pension or financial industry is a benefit.

Speak English fluently.
