Debt Collection Specialist

Farmingdale Law Firm seeking full time Customer Service Representative.

This position requires excellent customer service, negotiation, and communication skills.

Must be very detailed oriented and dependable.

Must be comfortable on the phone and have both strong verbal and listening skills.

Limited evening hours required.

Responsibilities:

• Manage queue of debt collection cases

• Answer inbound telephone calls

• Make outbound telephone calls

• Perform skip tracing

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields a plus.

• Previous debt collection and FDCPA experience required.

• Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, Outlook Exchange

• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Strong organizational skills

• Team player for small office
