We are a fast growing and leading national industrial skilled trades recruiting firm and are looking for a stellar Staffing Coordinator to join us!

Our company began operation in 2010 as a skilled trade workforce provider. Since then, we have grown as far west as Seattle and as far east as Boston and are here to build our footprint in the Midwest!. We take great pride in our growth and cohesive team across the country.

Our primary focus is on Commercial Construction, Industrial Construction, Renewable Energy, and Marine. We provide skilled and professional trades that work within those industries.

The Tools and Materials Specialist is an integral part of the team whose mission statement is to have the Right Parts in the Right Quantity at the Right Time. Our priority is controlling our inventory to have the what we need to keep our business running.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately verify Counts for stock replenishment

Issue or distribute materials, parts, supplies to field staff as needed

Store items in an orderly and accessible manner

Sign tools in and out

Control and report Inventory

Other Construction tasks as needed

Qualifications:

High attention to detail.

Must be physically able to sit, stand and be on feet, bend, lift, work in outdoor conditions and all types of weather

Very organized. Must be able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, able to pivot.

Excellent communication and computer skills

Must be flexible and able to embrace change.

Some reaching, ladder stepping, and stacking required. Must be able to lift 40lbs occasionally.
