Set hygiene and grooming standard for kitchen staff
Keep a clean kitchen culture and teach hygiene practices
Keep staff in line, be positive, and counsel
Lead by example
Keep us updated on cost of all food dishes as prices fluctuate
Review customer comments to meet our guest satisfaction
Be creative with menu ideas and new food items
