Salary:
Job Summary: The Construction Sales & Project Manager for Integrated Scaffolding Concepts (ISC) will be responsible for initiating and maintaining relationships with customers, overseeing projects from start to finish, including calculating possible costs and gains of scaffolding projects, managing the budget and estimated costs, and maintaining a safe work environment while ensuring project profitability, as well as developing existing accounts and seeking new business.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop existing accounts and seek new business via cold calling or other strategic selling solutions
Analyze opportunities, identify key personnel, and develop strong business relationships
Consult and problem-solve to enhance the Company's position in existing and target accounts
Develop long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements
Manage and delegate scaffolding projects from start to finish
Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
Formulate all sales policies, practices and procedures
Perform sales activities and negotiate sales price and discounts
Minimum Qualifications:
Associates degree or an equivalent combination of training, education and relevant work experience
2-5 years of experience in the construction field
Business development/customer acquisition experience
Scaffolding sales and/or field experience preferred
Strong project management skills
Demonstrated ability to build, develop and maintain effective and professional relationships with customers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Unrestricted driver’s license; ability to pass DMV check
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP or an equivalent certification.
Physical Requirements include but are not limited to the following:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Able to walk, sit, stand, bend, kneel, stretch, squat and climb.
Able to travel to jobsites, meetings, and other destinations as needed.
Able to wear required personal protective equipment.
Able to work with specialized construction equipment, tools, and materials.
Able to see, talk and hear in person, via phone and/or through online/video.
Able to use hands and fingers in a manner that allows for use of a keyboard and phone.
Able to lift & carry items up to 15 lbs.
