We are a fast growing and leading national industrial skilled trades recruiting firm and are looking for a stellar Staffing Coordinator to join us!

Our company began operation in 2010 as a skilled trade workforce provider. Since then, we have grown as far west as Seattle and as far east as Boston and are here to build our footprint in the Midwest!. We take great pride in our growth and cohesive team across the country.

Our primary focus is on Commercial Construction, Industrial Construction, Renewable Energy, and Marine. We provide skilled and professional trades that work within those industries.

We are looking for a motivated person with demonstrated (1-3 years) experience as a Recruiter or with transferable skills to include:

Call Center Experience, Food and Beverage (server/bartender experience), Extravert personality, Retail Sales Skilled Trades Human Resource Generalist, Administrative work.

Previous experience in a construction environment is helpful

What you'll be doing:

Act as liaison and facilitate communication between onsite staff, leadership and company

Ensure all employees have proper personal protective equipment (PPE)

Assist with the sourcing of new applicants

engage and participate in local hiring efforts and community engagement

Track inventory

Provide assistance to field staff as needed

Track and report time entry of field associates

Sourcing and pre screening candidates

Professionally communicating with customers to provide excellent service

Working on construction site

Communicate with team, field staff, associates and partners

Provide timely and accurate administrative assistance to the team

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
