Start Date: ASAP

Location: Varennes, QC

Duration: 10 Months-with possibility of extension

Schedule: 12 hr days. 6am-6pm EST. 2 weeks on days 6am-6pm, followed by 2 weeks on nights 6pm-6am EST. Schedule would look like this: Week1 Sunday-Monday-Tuesday 36 hours. Week 2 Wed-Thursday-Friday-Saturday 48 hours.

* You must have conversational level French**

Job Responsibilities

-Repairing and making improvements to building and infrastructure

-Supporting and maintaining fire protection systems

-Maintaining the distribution center's HVAC system

-In depth understanding of the electrical and mechanical systems involved in critical data center operations such as: feeders, transformers, generators, switchgear, UPS systems, ATS units, PDU units, pumps, air handling units, and CRAC units

-Familiar with BMS and EPMS control systems and data collection/trending

-Proficient with maintenance management software (CMMS)

-Completing preventative maintenance routines, documentation and procedures

-Candidates should be able to lift up to 49 lbs and or work at heights and from ladders.

-Flexibility with work hours and days. (24 hours a day, 7 days a week operation, including holidays)

Qualifications:

-Able to life 40 lbs consistently

-2+ years experience in HVAC maintenance and repair

-Preventative maintenance procedures

-High school diploma or equivalent electrical and mechanical systems involved in critical data center operations such as: feeders, transformers, generators, switchgear, UPS systems, ATS units, PDU units, pumps, air handling units, and CRAC units

-Familiar with BMS and EPMS control systems and data collection/trending

-Proficient with maintenance management software (CMMS)

-Ability to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment

-Degree from a vocational school or college with a focus in the Mechanical or Electrical field- preferred 4+ years apprenticeship or equivalent experience in the Mechanical or Electrical field- preferred
