Summary:

You will be the key leader of Ally Services operations in HVAC and plumbing trades. You will champion and lead initiatives that drive revenue growth and productivity across all of Ally’s brands, which include both residential and commercial services. As an integral member of the executive team, you will be involved in acquiring additional locations and lead any operational integration post-closing.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily operations of all portfolio companies, focusing on culture, KPIs and scaling the business.

Implement strategic operational processes and improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

Develop the organizations short- and long-term goals and strategies and ensure that business processes and operation controls are in place to support those goals and strategies.

Evaluate existing processes across multiple lines of business and develop efficiencies and performance improvements.

Track and report on operating results to ensure consistent growth and progress towards achieving organization goals.

Have detailed knowledge of branch P&L performance and its key drivers.

Lead monthly operational reviews to coach and hold branch level managers accountable for their results.

Represent the organization and maintain relationships with key clients, vendors, stakeholders, and external parties.

Meet prospective acquisition targets.

Assist in recruitment and hiring of key personnel including but not limited to sales team, managers, and corporate or executive roles.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of managing P&L and driving operational efficiency and growth.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a diverse team across multiple locations.

Experience with Service Titan and other related operating systems is highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of marketing and marketing ROI.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic mindset.

Experience with private equity a plus.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration or related field.

10+ years’ experience in operational management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or other home services or related trade.

Major trade license highly preferred.

Work location and travel requirements:

Work location to be combination of remote and on-site.

Preferred candidates will reside within a commutable distance to one of our existing locations in New Jersey, Maryland, or future operating states.

Position requires the selected candidate to travel to each of the locations a minimum of once per month, or as directed by the CEO.
