Salary: $60,000 - 75,000/year The Executive Assistant to the CEO will play a critical role in supporting the CEO in day-to-day operations, communications, and strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for nonprofit work and social impact.

Responsibilities

Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements, coordinating meetings, conferences, and events.

Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence for the CEO, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and confidentiality.

Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments, board members, donors, partners, and external stakeholders, maintaining positive relationships and communications.

Conduct research, gather data, and provide analytical support to assist the CEO in decision-making, strategic planning, and project management.

Assist in preparing for board meetings, including agenda development, meeting logistics, minutes, and follow-up action items.

Coordinate fundraising and donor relations activities, including grant proposals, donor communications, and acknowledgments, in collaboration with the development team.

Manage CEO's email inbox, prioritize incoming messages, and respond or redirect as appropriate, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.

Assist in drafting and editing communications, speeches, articles, and other materials on behalf of the CEO, maintaining consistency in messaging and branding.

Coordinate special projects, initiatives, and events as assigned by the CEO, working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.

Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information and situations related to the CEO's office.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field is preferred.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role, preferably in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools.
