Our organization is currently seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our team as interns.

In EagleBank’s Summer Teller Internship Program 2024, you will build a network dedicated to supporting your long-term career objectives. The Community Banking team builds relationships supporting business owners and personal finances for people in the DMV region. We provide full banking services for our commercial clients, including new account setup and maintenance, cash management products, and in-person assisted and automated transaction services.

The success of this position is reliant on face-to-face interaction and requires 100% on-site work.

Responsibilities:

Teller Summer Interns learn hands-on to provide consistent, quality service to customers while handling transactions in a prompt and efficient manner. Responsibilities include assisting customers with financial transactions, including paying and receiving cash and other negotiable instruments. Cross-training and exposure to other Bank positions included. The Community Banking division includes our branch network and Customer Care Center. We provide full banking services, including account setup and maintenance, cash management products, and in-person assisted and automated transaction services.

We have positions available in our Park Potomac branch. With increased vacations during the summer months, Interns will have real impact assisting our customers and keeping the Branches properly staffed.

Qualifications:

REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

1 year cash handling.

1 year customer service.

Exhibits professionalism with internal and external customers.

Basic knowledge of MS Office products.

Eagerness to learn.
