Must understand GAAP, Debits/Credits
Excel, Sage Intaact, Financial Edge Understanding of various grants, restricted funds, temporarily restricted - they have a huge portfolio of 300+ private grants/construction/operating/temporarily restricted grants, etc.
Reconciliations of Grant Portfolio to get ready for their Audit/Year End
Audit to ensure that conversion went well (recent conversion)
Need a role up your sleeves, minimal hand holding type person
