IT-Assistant Market Access & PMO
Oncology Business Division (OBD)

The Position:
Provide administrative and logistical support to Market Access, in line with internal company standards and procedures.
The Assistant will focus on supporting the line managers and the team autonomous and competent in the domains as defined below, will report directly to Head of the Value and Access Oncology and also work closely with the Medical Director Oncology. He/She acts forward-looking and keeps track of the relevant processes.
Position and Key responsibilities:
Administrative support, e.g. in procurement processes in SAP including fact-checking and approval of electronic invoices
Support of Budget and Forecast processes
Initiating PR of based on quotes/contracts
Tracking POs in the system and supporting status enquiries from the team
Contracting: support in contract preparation, sending out and tracking of contracts, contract filing (online and DSE archive) - preparation of transparency lists a.o.
Processing material/service deliveries in alignment with project managers
Creation, production & shipping of materials
Ensuring the correctness of the delivery date
Tracking commitments and resolving these in the system
Support the organization of internal and external meetings (e.g. annual meetings, advisory boards and congress activities…)
Support the Customer-Facing Roles (CFRs) in preparing and collecting contracts for external local/regional events
Preparation of meeting minutes
Professional experience and personal skills:
Proven experience in operational process and project management including knowledge of the relevant tools, ideally in a cross-functional work environment
Professional experience in a pharmaceutical

Minimum 5 years experienced
Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory
