Customer Service Representative

Job Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated customer service representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Job seekers should have a background in service, and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. $15 - $16 hourlyResponsibilities:

Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement

Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary

Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company

Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary

Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledgeQualifications:

Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent

Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction

Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills

Bilingual preferred but not requiredAbout Company
