Job Description

The Office Assistant position will involve answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service to agency customers, collecting, and gathering data to update client files with appropriate contact information, drafting letters & reports, and other additional clerical duties as directed by the agency owner or associates.

Responsibilities

Answer phones and processes (e)mail

Data cleanup/entry/gathering

Ordering/organizing supplies

Submitting claims, claims transactions, and closing claims

Policy and dec page delivery

Update /add clients in epic

Update/add policies in epic

Delegate and assign activities

Issue Proofs of Insurance not requiring endorsements

Requirements

Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.

Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.

Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.

Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
