Job Description

Salary: $36-40K first year

Witt Pest Management, Western Pennsylvania's oldest, most advanced, and largest independent pest control company, seeks conscientious and bright candidates to join our field service team. No experience in the industry necessary, just initiative to learn, grow and help people.

Our exceptional pest management professionals help deliver satisfaction to our customers. We provide a full range of pest control and related services for homes and businesses throughout the Greater Pittsburgh area, including our newest service offering of Disinfection treatments for commercial spaces.

$40-50K first year

Performance Incentive Program

Work hours usually 8a-6p M-F and some Saturdays (busier in Summer months). Some second shift work may be required.

Ability to learn concepts and pest control industry related technical information.

Ability to learn and utilize mobile applications and technology.

Highly motivated and customer-service minded.

Have a professional demeanor with excellent verbal & written communication skills.

Industry-related position experience, for example, route work, service work, or work that required a high percentage of time spent outdoors.

No pest control experience required.

Must Haves

Pass background check (a blip on your record is not a bar to employment - we all make mistakes and will be understanding)

Pass drug screening

A pretty good driving record
