A Victorious, the Graphic Designer will play an integral role in the production of high-quality, engaging marketing materials and deliverables. They will assist in maintaining visual brand consistency across company materials, leveraging design elements and principles to add clarity and creativity to brand communications. The ideal candidate will be a creative powerhouse, proficient in the Adobe Suite, with the ability to bring fresh ideas and a keen eye for design to our team.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

A creative and skilled graphic designer to assist with internal and external graphic production.

THE EXPECTATION:

Manage multiple projects to ensure the consistent, high-quality output of marketing-related materials, prioritizing timely delivery and brand consistency.

Design and produce a wide range of materials, including PDF ebooks, one-sheeters, presentation designs, social media, and web assets.

Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with Asana and Google Slides.

Strong communication skills, including the ability to impart knowledge of design best practices, give and receive feedback, and provide valuable insight to creative and/or marketing conversations.

Ability to self-manage project timelines when needed and work independently and effectively in a remote environment.

Work within already-established templates as well as conceptualizing innovative template ideas for common use cases across sales & customer success enablement, customer resources, downloadable content, email, social media, ad campaigns, and other collateral.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continuously improve design quality and innovation.

THE "GOOD-TO-HAVES":

Knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, and/or Lightroom is highly desirable.

A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
