We have a new opportunity for an Apprentice to join our Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) team based at Bishopstoke near Southampton.

We can help you learn and grow as a professional in this important business area - ensuring that everyone is able to return to their family and friends unharmed every day whilst also protecting and enhancing the global land, air and water resources for future generations.

You will work in an industrial environment identifying hazards and completing risk assessments.

You will work with people to help improve their work environment and make their work activities safer.

You will learn about the legislation that is in place and how it must be applied.

You will engage with people to understand their behaviours and how these behaviours can be changed for the better.

You will assist in the investigation of accidents and incidents which can be used to learn and continuously improve.

You will learn about auditing and inspections and how to use them to drive change.

Upon completion you will be able to join the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) at TechIOSH level.
