Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and target-driven individuals to join our outbound sales team as Telecallers. As an Outbound Sales Telecaller, you will be responsible for generating leads, pitching products or services, and closing sales over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.

2. Introduce products or services to potential customers and explain their benefits.

3. Build rapport with prospects and address any concerns or objections they may have.

4. Clearly and effectively communicate product features and pricing.

5. Identify and qualify sales opportunities through active listening and probing questions.

6. Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas consistently.

7. Keep accurate records of sales activities and update customer information in the database.

8. Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication to nurture relationships.

9. Collaborate with team members and sales managers to optimize sales strategies.

10. Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

1. Fresher or Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles is preferred.

2. Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.

3. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

4. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

5. Resilience and persistence in handling objections and rejection.

6. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

7. 12th pass & above are eligible for the above job role.
