JOB SUMMARY:

The PR Manager will serve as a pivotal role in planning and executing strategies, dedicated to actively shaping the brand's image and reputation. We particularly favor candidates with relevant work experience in the media, PR industry, or professional service companies. This position encompasses the writing of PR articles, the publication and operation of social media, the deep expansion and solid maintenance of media relationships, as well as the arrangement of conference affairs and the execution of media communications during conference marketing. The success of this role lies in continuously enhancing content quality and innovation, strengthening cooperation with media relations to bolster communication channels, and ultimately achieving a significant boost in brand influence and business conversions.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for writing PR articles, covering press releases, exclusive interviews, and event reports etc. deeply understanding market trends and user needs for comprehensive, high-quality content with both depth and breadth. Regularly refine copywriting to maximize content dissemination.

Develop and execute social media marketing and operational strategies, efficiently managing and updating the company accounts on Weibo, WeChat, and Tik Tok. Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of information postings. Interact with the target audience to increase engagement and broaden reach, enhancing the influence of social media channels.

Flexibly utilize various forms such as video, production, and infographics to enrich campaigns and daily operation, enhancing user participation and attention.

Real-time monitoring of social media sentiment, promptly responding and appropriately handling negative information to maintain the company's reputation.

Actively expand and maintain a diverse media network encompassing traditional and new media to foster a favorable media cooperation environment.

Regularly engage with the media, offering news leads and materials to enhance positive coverage, thus boosting the company's media exposure and influence.

Coordinate media interviews to ensure accurate portrayal of the company's core intentions and values.

Participate in conference planning and execution, including theme development, activity arrangement, and media invitations, to ensure a seamless and effective conference experience.

Responsible for media releases and professional content dissemination during the conference to enhance the industry influence of the conference.

Monitor conference effectiveness, promptly gather feedback, and provide solid insights for future conference planning improvements.

Qualifications:

5+ years in PR with a relevant bachelor's degree. Preference for media, PR agency, multinational, or online marketing experience.

Solid PR theoretical foundation and writing skills in Chinese and English.

Familiar with social media operations and media resources.

Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Able to handle pressure, self-motivated, and responsible.

Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Additional skills in Photoshop, HTML, AI, video editing, and chart design are a plus.
